Bribe and Anti-Corruption
SKOSI GPS HOLDINGS (Pty)Ltd is committed to conducting its businesses in an ethical, transparent, accountable, and fair manner, in compliance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which Skosi GPS Holdings (Pty)Ltd operates and the rules and requirements of our clients. Our Employees, officers, Directors, and Third Parties must behave in a manner which is in line with our values when representing Skosi GPS Holdings (Pty)Ltd. By virtue of the nature of our business operations (providing services to our clients and transportation of valuable goods, meeting influential personnel and exposure to confidential information), it is therefore widely recognized that our business operations in industries which are susceptible to bribery and corruption we recognised a need that Skosi GPS Holdings (Pty)Ltd had to adopt and implement this Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy (the “Policy”), which has been designed to achieve compliance with all relevant national and international legislation including, but not limited to, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and South Africa’s Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act which are applicable to the whole Skosi GPS Holdings (Pty)Ltd employees and management, and not just the countries in which that legislation originates. The Policy is an important part of our living up to our values designed to ensure that the Skosi GPS Holdings (Pty)Ltd management adheres to the highest standards of business ethics, and in doing so encourages (and, where appropriate, requires) each of its employees to adhere to the same high standards. This Policy will apply to Skosi GPS Holdings (Pty)Ltd, all entities owned (directly or indirectly) by Skosi GPS Holdings (Pty)Ltd, and all entities in which Skosi GPS Holdings (Pty)Ltd has a controlling or negative controlling interest (collectively, the “SKOSI GPS HOLDINGS (Pty)Ltd” company), and their respective employees (whether permanent or temporary), officers, Directors, Third Parties, and other Associated Persons (as defined above). To this end, the Company has adopted a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and bribery.
