Full-time Location: Swedish Citizen or willing to relocate to Sweden.

Min Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent (MUST)
• Read, write, speak Swedish language (MUST)
• Supply Chain Management, Freight & Logistics
• 5 years demonstrated history of working in the Mining, Manufacturing, Petrochemical oil & Gas industry.
• Knowledge of LKAB Mining Operations (Not a must)
• Skilled in Negotiation, Microsoft Word, Communication, SAP (Ariba awareness/experience), and Microsoft Excel.
• Police clearance certificate (MUST)
Key Attributes:
• Sourcing of new suppliers
• Sourcing of quoations
• Manage Pre/Post expediting process to ensure delivery on or before promised dates
• Creating purchase orders according to required specifications, price, delivery schedules and terms
• Liaising with end users and suppliers regarding status of orders
• Following up on quotes and ensuring that quotes submitted are valid and adjudication
• Evaluating supplier performance
• Building and managing relationships with key suppliers & clients
• Liasing with Finance Department regarding invoice issues
• Fascilitating and preparing for weekly tender board meetings
• Conduct site visits as and when required
