Min Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent (MUST)
* ⁠Read, write, speak Swedish language (MUST)
* ⁠Supply Chain Management, Freight & Logistics
* 5 years demonstrated history of working in the Mining, Manufacturing, Petrochemical oil & Gas industry.
* ⁠Knowledge of LKAB Mining Operations (Not a must)
* ⁠Skilled in Negotiation, Microsoft Word, Communication, SAP (Ariba awareness/experience), and Microsoft Excel.
* ⁠Police clearance certificate (MUST)

Key Attributes:
* Sourcing of new suppliers
* Sourcing of quoations
* ⁠Manage Pre/Post expediting process to ensure delivery on or before promised dates
* ⁠Creating purchase orders according to required specifications, price, delivery schedules and terms
* ⁠Liaising with end users and suppliers regarding status of orders
* ⁠Following up on quotes and ensuring that quotes submitted are valid and adjudication
* ⁠Evaluating supplier performance
* ⁠Building and managing relationships with key suppliers & clients
* ⁠Liasing with Finance Department regarding invoice issues
* ⁠Fascilitating and preparing for weekly tender board meetings
* ⁠Conduct site visits as and when required
