Founder, CEO & Director
Gideon has over 20 years of work experience, and an in-depth knowledge in both engineering fields of production operations processes, mechanical plant maintenance services from humble beginnings of an unskilled labourer to management level key position.
Throughout his career, he has acquired knowledge and skills in business improvement processes systems, adherence to, auditing and updating and actions required to address barriers. Good communication skills (Written and verbal), ability to coordinate technical interface with operations, ability to manage people and ensure maximum productivity. Technical problem solving, project management and analytical skills which enables him to think conceptually and creatively to yield beneficial solutions. Ability to work effectively in a team, and manage complex situations. Planning of work result oriented and negotiation skills.
Mr. Gideon Skosana
He has acquired this experience in Refinery Oil & Gas, Polypropylene, and Gasification plants specialising in Mechanical Maintenance, Mechanics Chemical Fitting, and Continuous Processes Chemical Operations, Specialisation Chemical Operations from the South African undisputed Fischer-Tropsch technology giant, Petrochemical Oil & Gas Company, Sasol Secunda Operations.
In his role as Managing Director, Gideon’s responsibilities extend to providing strategic direction, fostering growth, and enhancing the organizational capacity to fulfill the company’s mission, strategy, and value commitment.
His leadership is characterized by ambition and determination, driven by the vision to position Skosi Gps Holdings (Pty)Ltd as a leader in its target markets. His academic background, unique wealth of experience in business operations, and project management positions him as a valuable asset in any organization, poised to drive success, innovation and strengthen his ability to lead business operations, business growth with certainty, consistency and confidence.
